How to reinstall Windows XP usb mass storage device driver? - xp device drivers

My wife, uninstall the driver from the unity of our Seagate FreeAgent External Device Manager in Windows XP. Unit works well on a Vista machine. Can not find how to install the drivers for XP on the computer. I tried to boot from the XP CD in the CD, but do not let me repair the driver. What can I do?
