When I cooked in a casserole dish for about 15 minutes, but most people do not use pressure cookers, I'd say, you can add some onions and garlic, beef broth, cut or skip broth or wine with your breasts into slices and covered for a minimum of one hours simmer until meat is soft. If you want your sauce a little thicker than one flour and brown meat before the sauce and onions. Low and slow.

Of course. However, we hope that very difficult. Brisket is one of those types of meat is best when cooked slowly so the fat and cartilage have time to break them properly.

If you try to skip or fried breast meat (in a little olive oil or another, or a little butter), be sure to cut thin pieces and some small parts and do not bite not overcook it or it is not baked dry and hard .

It may be useful if you have a small onion (for juiciness) and / or a little tomato sauce, some (you have on hand to take, including tomato sauce) to break the meat and make a bad candidate.

Good luck.

The best way to cook breast is low, cover with water paste, carrot, onion and celery (you should not, but it is well put) a lid and cook in the oven at low heat for at least 3 hours, I have one night per once a week and it was great.

The output of the oven and allow to cool, take, remove from liquid and cut. Use the liquid for a sauce - you can add beads, they are good.

Its great served with potato puree.

Try it, believe me, you will not regret it!
I cook like this all the time and many people have been completed, and asked me how cooked.
