Wrestling... I HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT IN SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME!? - wrestling sweatshirts

Hello I am currently 14th
Now I'm lost about 8 pounds to have to fight at 145 pounds. I am 5 feet 10 and a half inches. I've heard that reduce their salt intake and other things. But please tell me what to eat. Until now, I ran at least 30 minutes per day with a sweatshirt. I ate egg whites, salmon oil, and salad without dressing.

Can someone simply a meal plan for me?

and Can someone please tell me how to organize? Should I sprint, lift, or run as expected?
I've lost 8 pounds this coming Thursday

* Please do not do anything stupid like trying to trucks and things that come to commit, I'm serious here

It seems that at this time

Watch on YouTube in the battle of training programs and Google. The idea must be given to withdraw too explosive and fast. Find the year as the press and clean. When I started, I do not even fight, but the formation of explosive will be a great help.
