I continue to see this symptom on the list of sleep disorders, sleep disorders, but are used as sleep apnea and restless legs, addressed none of them seems to these symptoms are associated with.

I do not think that's a big mess. I think this is normal, even if stress or insomnia can worsen the situation. The same thing happened to me.
